| Responsibilities: |
Strategic Capabilities Analyst -- QinetiQ North America's Systems Engineering Group is looking for an experienced professional with a background in military space operations, missile defense, and/or strategic command and control to assist the US Strategic Command in the analysis of current and future capabilities in these key mission areas. The Strategic Capabilities Analyst supports Missile Defense, C2, and Space analysis on behalf of USSTRATCOM. The successful candidate will provides expertise necessary to create or leverage existing studies that characterize DOD operations associated with Missile Defense, C2, and Space. The successful candidate develops studies related to simulation and modeling of USSTRATCOM mission activities. Other duties as assigned. DSS

| Qualifications: |
The Strategic Capabilities Analyst position requires a bachelors degree (masters preferred) and eight (8) years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of DOD command and control structures, current DOD capabilities in the area of space, missile defense and C2 operations, and their employment within a Conventional Campaign scenario. Recent experience at USSTRATCOM or performing USSTRATCOM assigned missions is strongly preferred. Security Requirements: * Requires current TS clearance and eligibility for SCI. Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship required.
