Overview:

The Systems Engineering Group of QinetiQ North America delivers systems engineering and integration, software development, logistics information management, training systems management, information technology services, and test and evaluation support for the development, modification, fielding and sustainment of military equipment and systems. Responsibilities:

The Management Analyst II provides support to management. Communicates with executive, administrative and line management to gather and convey information. Exercises considerable judgment and apply practical knowledge and best business practice approach in support of project initiatives. Prepares and coordinates briefings, deliverables and documentation. Gathers and analyzes information and data from a wide variety of sources. Plans layout of reports and statistical tables, and prepares materials in final form. Assists with the implementation and development of plans, policies, processes and schedules.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other Management Field and two (2) years Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, and Development of Program Status Reports. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures and specific experience in program/project administration; contract procurement, modification, and reconciliation; and the preparation and analysis of contract financial status reports are required. Position contingent upon contract award.

 

Security:  Must be eligible for a Secret security clearance. Candidates for this position will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship required. Some travel required.
